Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic welding is a method of joining two parts, usually plastic or metal, by converting electrical energy into heat energy by high frequency mechanical vibration. It is a support process for Radio Frequency Welding.

Ultrasonic Welding is often used to bond hard pieces to flexible ones. Ultrasonic Welding is perfect for staking, inserting (brass, screw surfaces), riveting in vinyl, urethane, delrin, ABS, polypropylene, polyethylene, basically all Thermoplastic materials.

Component Engineering
We can help you by both developing the part with Computer Aided Design using AutoCAD 14 and then taking the component all the way through to manufacturing. We handle all of the injection mold tooling as part of this same process.
